Call of Duty: Black Ops 2’s Zombie Mode will receive a World Premiere on 9.26.12 – Activision tells us it will be a wild ride – and in honor of this announcement they sent us a brand new trailer with a sneak peak of the popular TreyArch developed mode.

The world awaits the release of the next Call of Duty in Black Ops 2 which is going to not only shake up the single but also the multiplayer of what has become the standard Call of Duty gameplay.

After Call of Duty Black Ops Declassified (how is that for a long name)was officially revealed during E3 in LA, we were left guessing what the game is actually going to be about.

Apparently it will not have a campaign in the traditional sense according to the game's description at WalMart and Amazon. The game will feature Spec Ops missions and multiplayer for its 50 Dollar price tag.

We already brought you the news that Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3's latest DLC collection is hitting Xbox LIVE on May 22nd and now you can check out another trailer for the upcoming content.

Below you can watch the 'Face Off' trailer for the content drop, it will be 15 Dollars or 1200 MSP. ELITE Premium members will be able to download this collection on May 15th.

In case you were wondering just when the next Modern Warfare 3 DLC collection was available, I can happily report that this day will be my May 22nd.

In a semi-surprising move, Robert Bowling also known as 'FourZeroTwo' on Twitter and elsewhere, has revealed that he is leaving Infinity Ward to move on to new adventures. Bowling was one of the leading people at the studio behind the Modern Warfare brand as its 'Creative Strategist'.

While there is no info as to where Bowling will be going, we know where it won't be taking him. After some noise on Twitter, Respawn Entertainment announced that it won't be the new studio founded by the ex-Infinity Ward crew.

For now we can only guess but surely we will know sooner rather than later.

The title says it all folks, Activision has released their official Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 DLC Collection Launch Trailer. Xbox LIVE Gold members can now purchase all of the previously released DLC content in one package which had been available to Premium members already.

Today Activision revealed that Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3's season of content will continue with a new multiplayer map called Black Box as well as two new Spec Ops missions.

With Spec Ops maps Black Ice and Negotiator, Modern Warfare 3 marks the first time that Specs Ops has been made available for download.

The content will be available to Premium Elite members first on Xbox 360.

Call of Duty ELITE members can get ready for the next content drops starting on March 13th. Activision revealed three new maps that will be available in March for Premium users.

Kicking things off for Premium members on March 13th, Call of Duty ELITE Drop 4 brings the heat with the multiplayer map "Black Box", where you and a friend must shoot your way through a downed Air Force One, nestled between glitzy, gutted-out mansions. Too high class, your majesty? We've got two more all-new special ops missions for you. In ELITE Drop 5, "Black Ice", you'll enjoy all that Russia has to offer: diamond mines, snowmobiles, and frosty explosions. Warm back up with ELITE Drop 6, "Negotiator", where you'll comb India's city streets for hostages. And maybe curry.

Additionally all 'regular' Xbox LIVE users will be able to purchase the first Call of Duty: MW3 Content Collection 1 on March 20th.

Today Call of Duty Elite Premium members will be able to download the new Multiplayer Map 'Overwatch' and get their high rise action on. If you are not a premium member, you'll have to wait for a while.

Well, the headline should be enough folks, Activision's Bobby Kotick has to buy bigger pillow cases to stuff another Billion Dollars into. All jokes aside, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 has broken another entertainment record.

The game generated 1 Billion Dollars worth of revenue in just 16 days according to the publisher. To put it in perspective, James Cameron's Avatar needed 1 extra day to achieve this.

There isn't really much to be said here, other than - yeah we knew Modern Warfare 3 would sell a lot of games to people!

Call of Duty and Activision have been making a lot of money on military based video games, in other words, millions of people buy Call of Duty. Activision has been appreciative of this fact and started the Call of Duty Endowment program recently.

The program raises money for war veteran's re-integration into the 'normal' world after they return home from their tours. Previously Call of Duty XP and game sales have contributed millions to this fund and Activision has started a new sales to increase the contribution.
