Well, I think some of us may have been wrong in predictive the WiiU price as Nintendo revealed it to be 299 Dollars for the 'Basic' system which will come in white and with 8GB of storage, while the Deluxe Edition will be equipped with 32GB of storage and come with a copy of Nintendoland.

Most outlets had predicted a 250 Dollar launch price but I guess that was just a dream. We did not hear anything about standalone controller pricing or confirmed launch dates for many of the '50 launch window' titles - which was described to be a 5 MONTH window.

The release date in the US will be November 18th while Europe will get the system on the 30th of the same month. Some notable titles were Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Call of Duty Black Ops 2, Lego City Undercover, Epic Mickey 2, WiiU exclusive BAYONETTA 2 and of course Mario Brothers U.

Rumors and Speculation - we love them don't we?

Today a so called 'report' surfaced via some information from a Wii U peripheral manufactured during the GameStop Expo. Whoops, right?

Peripheral manufacturer PDP has stated that 'the Wii U will be available November 18'. Of course no one has confirmed or denied anything, except for PDP of course.

Well, as if Nintendo wanted to mess up all of our E3 2012 predictions, it has revealed the inevitable Nintendo 3DS XL just 2 weeks after the show. The device will have bigger screens obviously and will cost 199 Dollars in North America when it releases on August 19th.

The top screen will be 4.88 inches, while the bottom one measures 4.18, please note that the new device will not include another analog stick as previously rumored.

Tekken is one of the biggest players in the fighting game field and it has finally made its way to the Nintendo 3DS. Tekken 3D Prime Edition will take players on a wild ride with full 3D immersion.

Tekken 3D Prime Edition will see the famous King of Iron Fist Tournament fought in the third-dimension for the first time. And for the first time on Nintendo 3DS, a full-length CG movie will be available on the game cartridge: Tekken Blood Vengeance!

To start the new year off with a big bang, Nintendo has announced that its newest handheld, which was struggling at first, has already crossed the magical 4 Million unit mark in sales.

Activision has revealed that their upcoming GoldenEye 007 remake will be receiving a demo sometime early November on both Playstation Network and Xbox LIVE Marketplace. They have not yet revealed what will take place in the demo.

Today Nintendo announced that it has reached the '50 Million Units Sold' milestone for its most popular console. The DS, in all of its iterations, is the best selling console of all in time in the US. The number comes from the NPD group making its validity unquestionable.

In addition Nintendo revealed that the 3DS has sold over 260,000 units in the past month, which is a 10 percent increase over the prior period. The best selling 3DS title to date is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, which just passed 500K copies.

It sure is a bit telling that the 3DS needed a massive price drop in August to increase sales and that its best selling game should be in the retro category.

The next big Resident Evil title, Revelations for the Nintendo 3DS, will release very early next year. Today Capcom revealed the release date of RE Revelations, which will be on stores shelves on February 7th, 2012.

Revealing a brand new storyline, characters and locations for the Resident Evil series, Resident Evil Revelations delivers an exceptional survival horror experience in stunning 3D graphics.

Revelations will be set in between RE4 and the most recent RE5 and play out in an episodic structure. Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield will be paired with new BSAA members Parker Luciani and Jessica Sherawat on their search to discover the truth about the Veltro terrorist organization and the T-Abyss virus outbreak.

This may be the most shocking and admitting price drop we have seen from any console. The Nintendo 3DS only launched a few months ago with some decent buzz but dismal sales numbers across the globe.

Nintendo finally reacted and admitted that the device is just too expensive for mainstream consumers which have been the prime market for the DS since it's original launch.

On August 12th the Nintendo 3DS will get a new price of 169.99 Dollars, down from 249.99. That is a huge and early price drop for a device that just released earlier this year.

Activision has released thirteen brand new screenshots for the recently revealed GoldenEye 007: Reloaded. The screenshots show off the newly upgraded graphics and some gun action. You can check all of them out below.

Well, if it wasn't a little tiny Pulse Rifle in my pocket. Today Sega and developer Gearbox Software announced a new Aliens game.

Aliens: Infestation is being developed for the Nintendo DS and due out in September 2011. While the title is being overseen by Gearbox, it is truly WayForward who are developing the title.

Players will be able to recruit and play as 19 different marines, each with their own unique dialogue, and explore iconic environments including the Sulaco, the Derelict ship, and LV-426. Aliens: Infestation is an action-heavy side-scrolling exploration game and will be part of the ALIENS expanded universe.

Aliens: Infestation has only been announced for the DS at this time and it is questionable whether the title will be ported to the 3DS. We wish it was!

The 2011 June NPD sales results are in and L.A. Noire takes the top spot again with 419k units sold this month. Following it is Duke Nukem Forever selling 376k units and in third place is Infamous 2 selling 370k units. Also doing well this month is the Xbox 360 selling 507k boxes for the month of June. Well, if it wasn't another mobile platform with the ability to stream Netflix instantly on the device. Today Nintendo announced that owners of their latest handheld system, the 3DS, can now enjoy instant watch from Netflix.

To download the free Netflix application or any other content from the Nintendo eShop, Nintendo 3DS users must first install the free system update that became available on June 6.

Once owners have updated and downloaded the app, all that's in the way is the 7.99 Dollar monthly subscription to enjoy TV shows and movies in the US and Canada.
