We are very happy to introduce a new feature to onPause called ‘onPoint’. What is it? onPoint serves as an on the rocks quick hit review of games the staff are currently playing. We won’t be going into the fine details of a game’s feature set or talk about all the coloring options of the character creator, instead we will focus on; What is it? Is it fun? Why you should or shouldn’t be playing it. Oh and we will score it: Buy it! – Rent it! – Skip It!
You will be seeing these roll out in the next few days. Instead of reading through those long monotone 3 page reviews you can swing by here and get our take on it in about 150 words. Let us know what you think about the new feature in the comments.

For the first onCAST, Ronnie and Andreas talk about Fallout 3 DLC, the Uncharted 2 Beta, FUEL, and a few other games that they have been playing for this week. They also discuss some of the top news stories in the gaming world!

Fulton Brock vs. Ed Hermes the Skilled player in the halo game? Man, Fulton Brock just won a lot of votes for the Ed Hermes. Most gamers think alike. It brings the politicians and the voters to the same battlefield. Where there is no worries about health care and government spending. It makes the Fulton Brock running against Ed Hermes look like he is grasping for straws to win this battle.
It states in the flyer that he admits to being addicted to halo. Hello?! Most halo 3 players are. "Its a good multiplayer game." To tell you onPause.org followers if his opponent decided to get his butt whipped at halo. You know Ed Hermes would be happy to whip his butt not only on the political front, but also on Cold Storage. lol.
Click the pic to read the finer print. Gamers Unite!!! Leave comments on the Sonoran Alliance Webpage that smears Ed Hermes for playing video games.

Ok, is it just me or should there be another way to do this. Like throw a bajillion copies of the released game on a far away uninhabited island and let people fight to the death! Sorry that was my Achmed the dead terrorist impersonation. I know not good.
Back to the topic at hand. I know what I am going to be doing. Standing in line. Listening to little kids whining cause they cant get the game, playing my DS, posting updates on twitter via sms messaging, listening to stories about what happened to the other players in GTA San Andreas, and last but not least promoting OnPause! Just one Question to all our OnPause readers. What will you be doing in line passing time? Comment us and let us know!!
A Portal fan hacked an old computer (Intel 8080 Microprocessor at 2MHz with Commodore 64 sound chip) so it could play the Portal Still Alive theme.
Nothing! Super Mario Fusion is a fan made 2d side scroller that puts Mario up against the covenant in these custom Halo levels, if you would like to know more, or would like to play the demo, go over to the YouTube page.

Some awesome stuff came out of CES, and some not so awesome, this is the Guitar Hero Air Guitar, it comes with ten licensed tracks and is coming out this march for $29.99. "Now every one can walk around and play guitar!"
While Late Night was off air for a few weeks, Conan shows us what they've been doing in there spare time.
I was surfing YouTube when I came across this video called,
"Mario 64 beaten with 0 stars in 5:47" so I had to see what it was.
To do this they use (Tool Assisted Speedrun)
so it might be a little hard for a human to do this, its still neat to watch!
