To start the new year off with a big bang, Nintendo has announced that its newest handheld, which was struggling at first, has already crossed the magical 4 Million unit mark in sales.

This also means that the 3D enabled device outsold the Wii in its first 9 months on sale which is no small feat. Of course this has something to do with the early price drop and the strong Black Friday performance of the 3DS.
