Pirates have recently uploaded a full iso image of GTA IV on the net. It is reported that if you do play a copy you will be banned from xbox live and the acheivments will remain hidden till the april 29th release. (not confirmed) Well if you are a modder you probley are already banned and acheivments are not a big issue with you. Its all about the game.
