Pachter, I think you are good for the industry, I really do. We have no way of knowing what about the recent PS4 and Xbox 720 rumors is true and what isn't. Maybe Pachter knows, maybe he doesn't - the internet is a wild place and rumors grab headlines.

I enjoy this sort of excitement, and we aren't even out of January yet.

According to UK outlet MCV, the Xbox 720 and PS3 will be getting a place in this year's E3 in June, Pachter does not think so, placing a '20 percent change' and 'zero chance' of seeing them, respectively.

These most recent rumors will either become reality or proven wrong this summer, we shall see.
