You can now download the Battlefield: Bad Company demo on Xbox LIVE Marketplace and PSN Store. The demo includes one full single player mission, and for multiplayer the map Oasis featuring the mode Gold Rush.

Right now the multiplayer lags a little bit but dont worry DICE has already come out and said that they are working on getting more servers up to fix the lag.

RonyDean: Other then a few glitches here and there the singlepayer is loads of fun. Even with the occasional lag the multiplayer is still really good and worth checking out!

Update: This weeks PSN Update is taking a little longer then normal to come out, ill update this post when the demo is up and ready for download. Sorry for the mistake.
